Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between A&B Network ("Company") and users in relation to the use of all services ("Services") provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

• "Services" include the Company's website, AI chatbot, contact and booking features, and content.
• "Users" refer to individuals or entities who access and use the Services provided by the Company.

3. Posting and Amendment of Terms

• The Company shall post these Terms on the initial page or a linked page of the Services for users to review.
• The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and shall announce amended Terms from 7 days before they apply. For changes that are unfavorable to users or material, the announcement is made from 30 days before they apply.
• If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may cease using the Services.

4. Provision and Modification of Services

• The Company provides website content, AI chat guidance, email inquiries, and Google Calendar-based video meeting bookings.
• The Company may modify the content, method of use, and technical specifications of the Services, and will notify users of such changes.

5. AI Chatbot Service

• Content entered in the AI chatbot is sent to the Gemini API of Google LLC (USA) to generate responses, and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive information such as government ID numbers, bank account numbers or health data.
• The AI chatbot is a reference tool for service guidance and does not constitute an official quote or contract offer from the Company.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses. Important decisions should be confirmed via email or a video meeting.
• Users must not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content through the chatbot.

6. Third-Party Services

• Third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Gemini, Google Analytics, Cloudflare and Web3Forms are subject to their respective providers' terms and policies.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by interruption, modification, or errors of third-party services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

7. Restriction and Suspension of Services

The Company may restrict or suspend the provision of Services under the following circumstances:

• In case of unavoidable maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of facilities
• In the event of service disruption due to power outage, equipment failure, or excessive usage
• In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, national emergencies, etc.

8. User Obligations

• Users must comply with applicable laws, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices related to the Services.
• Users must not engage in illegal activities or misuse the Services.

9. Protection of Personal Information

• The Company values the protection of users' personal information and processes it in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to content created by the Company belong to the Company.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content without prior written consent from the Company.

11. Disclaimer

• The Company shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by force majeure events or users' fault.
• The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects.
• The Company is not liable for damages arising from AI chatbot responses, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Separate Agreements

• The terms of any service or development contract concluded separately after an inquiry through the website are governed by that contract. These Terms apply to the use of the website and the chatbot, inquiry and booking features. Quotes and contracts are finalized by separate agreement, not by these Terms.
